Yes. All baked goods and food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are baked fresh to order. Pickup dates and times will be communicated after your order is placed. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure availability.

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, all breads, cookies, muffins, pastries, and baked goods are available for local pickup only in Coral Springs, Florida.
Our sourdough starter is the only product currently available for shipping within the United States.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in Coral Springs, Florida.

Are your products made in a commercial kitchen?

No. Our products are made in a Florida cottage food operation located in Coral Springs, Florida.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates for sourdough starter are calculated at checkout based on your location.
All other products are available for local pickup only and do not require shipping.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We prioritize organic ingredients whenever possible and clearly list ingredients on each product page so customers know exactly what they're purchasing.
